Though he couldn't present me with an ideal solution to my problem, he gave me many options, all viable, based on the information that I gave him. He responded to my lack of knowledge with a high level of patience and clarity. Recommended, highly so.

評価:3. We've all had a need for some tech-support at some time. Usually, you spend 30+ minutes on hold only to be connected with someone who either doesn't care at all or who speaks a language you simply don't understand. (sometimes literally) Well calling Maxim was different. Very different. The fact is, Maxim really LOVES fixing problems. He obviously loves the challenge and is more than willing to work at finding a solution. It was clear from the time he spent on my problem(s) that he is not just well versed in computers but he also has the drive and resourcefulness to find answers that may not be obvious. Or ever even thought of before. I know it sounds a bit sensational, but Maxim was really that helpful. And on top of that his demeanor was professional yet personable; fully approachable and comfortable. If you're having any kind of trouble with your computer, etc. then you really should call Maxim. Let him take a shot at it and I'm certain you will not be let down.

評価:3. Amazing guy, talked very calm no background noises. Helped me out with my problem promptly, I was having a problem with my mouse and keyboard. Not only did he tell me what would help but also helped me find a new mouse and keyboard that would be perfect for my needs! Thanks a lot for the help Max, you were a great help!
