Rating:3. Things went very well, I downloaded the newest Skype yesterday but didn't install it, got sidetracked. I phoned James Lisco first, he couldn't begin the billing because of the need to upgrade Skype. He was very patient about that and we chatted for a minute or so about my questions, then he gave me the option to phone back after I upgraded Skype. Very nice and confident. I went offline and installed the upgrade. Phoned Jennifer Therrien. She qualified my question and we started the clock. I had questions about spyware, hard drive capacity and the need for overhead - needing more than 5% available space - and defragging. She sent me links to freeware, gave advice on the steps in a procedure to clean the syatem, and made me feel like this was well worth the money. I also asked her some Mac related questions, she did a quick look-up and answered my questions about the Mac - they were basically the same as the PC issues, regarding overhead and routine maintenance. Skype showed the techs as "busy" or not available, but both were available. A Skype issue. Overall, a bulls-eye. Cost about $2.25, I never left my desk, and I got the handholding I needed along with some links to in-the-know freeware. Good work! Sign me up! Rating:3. Very knowledgeable person, helped me with everything I needed, very friendly(I haven't actually seen a tech support more friendly), I had several problems with spyware and also some antivirus questions, and she answered all of my problems, step by step, and handed me usefull links. Thanks!

Rating:3. Totally awesome experience! Jennifer was fantastic, pleasant and very knowledgable and helped solve my issue quickly. I highly recommend her. She walked me through things step by step, and was very patient and helpful, and even went beyond just fixing the problem - she also explained what caused it, and how to avoid it in the future. A really refreshing experience, and I'll certainly seek her out again for any issues that come up. Great job Jennifer, keep up the good work!

Rating:3. Jennifer was awesome. She was very helpful, talked me through everything, sent me links, was pleasant. I was 100% satisfied with her ability to help me. The problems that I ran into were not with her. But here's what happened. First she tried to process the payment and it didn't show up for me to accept it. Then she tried it again and it did show up the second time, but after we ended the call I noticed I still had $2.00 skype credit, which is what I had initially. So the payment didn't go through even then. AND I went to leave feedback and the feedback link was grayed out, probably because the payment didn't go through so it looked like I didn't actually get any support. But I did. Anyway, it was beyond confusing. And I had to call her BACK and ask her to try to process the payment AGAIN so that I could leave feedback. Quite a mess actually. And I thought at first it was my own stupidity, but Jennifer assured me that was not the case.
