Called William initially with a Mac question. He said straight away that was outside his area of expertise and immediately connected me with a technician who could answer my question so he didn't waste any time (or money!)
Afterwards William was able to help me with a challenge on my wife's Window's XP laptop's wireless connection. This laptop has had slow connectivity since we bought it. William identified the cause & had it connecting to the internet with blazing speed in less than 8 minutes of troubleshooting. Can't wait for my wife to get back home and use her "new" laptop!

I spoke t one technician already so i found this one and furthered my enquiry with him.The start of the call was a bit odd as the sond took a while to start and there was no real introduction. But i found this technician really capable and very good at handeling excentric customers. He also represented skype really well as he wouldn give me illegal advice and helped me find legal appropriate solutions to my problem. He also informed me that my problem could not be fixed wich was very good as some technicians and helplines give you false advice where it wont help the problem.
