Had a BIG problem with IE 8 and Windows Vsta Ultimate Ultimate on a desktop. I couldn't get Verizon Central to open. Finally after over an hour and 15 minutes [and 4 or 5 phone calls, chat and viewer several times Jim was able to straighten everything up and running again!! GOOD JOB!!!!

im not sure if my problem is really solved, but james gave us some really good advice! there was some problem with the sound but that could have been skype's problem!! plus he has a really cute voice!!

James was very friendly and helpful, but could sound a little bit robotic at times. He was good at making the steps and the necessary equipment very simple. He broke things down and explained things well. If I ever run into a technical problem with my PC, I would very likely phone him up.

I was really happy with this service. He was so poliet and nice. I really didnt have a big technical problem but as far as customer service he was the best ive ever chated too. Really very happy with his help. He made it very comfortable and easy to ask as many questions as i needed to. No matter how silly the questions sounded he was so happy to answer them. :) Best support ever. x
