If you have a computer question – call Douglas! He really knows what he’s talking about and explains it all very well. Even such computer-dummies like me can easily follow his instructions and get a problem fixed efficiently. My question involved setting up a firewall on a computer and I also consulted Douglas about secure computing in general, and he did a great job breaking this complicated issue into smaller, manageable, topics and giving great suggestions. He didn’t talk too much, but instead gave concise and comprehensible answers. He is indeed a real specialist, and I would trust him to help me with other computer issues (and if you’re like me, you know that those arise all the time!)
