Help with labor law issues in China (PRC)

This service is for foreigners, living and working in China locally, without expat package and, who sometimes experience problems with Chinese companies and their human resource departments on such issues as visa, work permit, expert permit, dismissal, lay off, bonus, salary, contract, and other matters. This service is provided by a fellow foreigner who spent some time in China, working for local Chinese companies and learnt how to deal with them and navigate through procedural requirements hard way and wants to share her knowledge and experience with foreign community in CHina. Although some advice on legal documents will be provided as part of consulting, this service is not intended for legal advice.
