Rating:3. Donovan was very helpful and patient with me. I have very little background in computers, and he immediately adjusted to my level, explained everything in simple and easy-to-understand terms, and even suggested few options that I could chose from. Now I feel confident setting up additional firewall protection for my computer on my own (Donovan even sent me few links of free firewall software for me!). Security is an important issue for me, but unfortunately I know very little about it, so I’m really happy that I got a chance to talk to a professional about different firewall and anti-virus software options, and with his help could decide which option is the best for me. Finally, he was very courteous and quick, and gave precise and straightforward answers to my questions. So if I ever have a computer problem or question again, I’ll be calling Donovan!
